Exchange, Return and Refund Policy
At Vybend , we are committed to ensuring a satisfactory shopping experience. If you need to request an exchange or return of a product, we ask that you observe the following conditions:
Conditions for Exchange or Return
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- It must not show signs of use, consumption or damage and must be in the same condition as when received.
- All labels, manuals and accessories accompanying the product must be intact and included.
We do not exchange products due to misuse, as we provide quality products with select care. According to the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, there is no obligation to exchange products due to regret regarding the color, size, model or any other subjective characteristic of the product.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
Deadline to Request Exchange or Refund
You can request the exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days after receipt. To do so, contact us via email [contato@vybend.com] or WhatsApp [99-99999999] with the following information:
- Product name
- Order number
- Email registered at purchase
- Reason for exchange or return
- Video proving the defect (if any)
Exchange or Return Approval
After receiving your request, our team will review the order and provide you with the return address. If the return is approved, the amount paid for the product and shipping will be refunded.
Forms of Compensation
- Credit Card: The refund may appear on up to two invoices after the return is completed by the payment gateway.
- Bank transfer: For payments made by bank slip or bank transfer, the refund will be made within 10 business days after confirmation of the return. The transfer will only be made to the account of the purchase holder, refunds to third-party accounts are not permitted.
