All products available at VYBEND are shipped directly from our suppliers located in the United States, Brazil, Sweden and Asia to the address provided at the time of purchase.
Processing and Shipping Times
- Purchases may take up to 7 business days to process.
- Once processed, orders may take up to 7 business days to be posted.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is 14 working days after the order is posted.
In exceptional cases, this period may be extended due to factors such as: delays, strikes, recesses, periods of high demand at the Post Office or other situations beyond VYBEND 's control. These deadlines may vary depending on the region and the efficiency of the local delivery service.
If the stipulated period is exceeded without receiving the order, we will contact the responsible agents (carriers, customs and post office) to locate your merchandise. If there is no delivery within 60 days , we will refund your purchase in full !
We promise it will be worth the wait! But if you don't love your product when you receive it, we have a return policy for your complete satisfaction.
Receiving Separate Packages
Products may be shipped from different suppliers, so you may receive more than one package. Don't worry, this is completely normal.
Order Tracking
After international shipping, you will receive a tracking code at the email or cell phone number provided during registration. This code can take up to 10 business days to be generated after shipping, allowing you to track the progress of your order.
Important General Conditions
Undelivered - Incorrect Address or No-Show Location
VYBEND ships products to the address registered at the time of purchase. Make sure you fill in the address correctly to avoid delivery problems.
If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the customer will be responsible. In addition, after three delivery attempts , the product will be sent to the nearest post office, where it must be collected within 7 calendar days .
If the package is returned to the sender, a new shipping fee will be required for resending. If the customer chooses to cancel the purchase, the amount paid will be refunded, minus the shipping cost , even in free shipping promotions, due to the costs already incurred by VYBEND .
Pick up at the Post Office
In some locations, there are no postmen delivering to the address provided. In this case, the customer must pick it up at the post office indicated in the tracking.
Recipient Absent
Please make sure that there will be someone at the address provided to receive the order. After three delivery attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest post office, and the customer must collect it within the stipulated time to avoid storage fees.
